Why Is It Prepaid?

There are certain makes/models that require a prepayment because we only produce the battery, as we receive the orders. Although we completely understand your concern - it is a lot of money upfront to pay for something. We assure you there has never been a time where we have received a prepaid order and did not provide the service. If you take a look, you will find no reviews where we did not provide the service. On our end, you will receive a receipt from me as soon as the transaction goes through. We can also email you the invoice and you can pay it online. Also, we are available on the phone from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, and 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM on the weekend. You, as a consumer, are protected with your bank, as well! In an odd situation, you can always dispute the charge with your credit card company. Your hesitation is absolutely fair, and other customers have felt this way, too. At the end of the day, we want you to feel comfortable with us.
