How Does The Warranty Work?

If there’s any fault or malfunction with the battery we install, we will come back to replace it for free.
The first step in the warranty process is to get the vehicle diagnosed. If the diagnostic codes indicate a battery issue, we’ll replace it at no cost for the duration of the warranty period. You can reach our warranty and customer support team by texting 919-205-2055 or emailing [email protected].
You don’t need to go to a shop or dealership to use the warranty. You can take your vehicle to an auto parts store like O'Reilly, Advance Auto, or AutoZone to retrieve the diagnostic codes for free. Some customers even use their own OBD II scanners, which are relatively inexpensive (around $40). *For 2004-2009 Toyota Prius, Autozone, and O'Reilly's use an Innove scanner that has trouble pulling hybrid codes* Amazon sells an Autel MS309 scanner that can pull codes for approximately $30.
Any of these options will work for a warranty claim.
