What Is Going On With The Customer Complaints / Negative Reviews Online?

A lot of the negative reviews you see online are from customers who were disappointed that a hybrid battery replacement did not fix the problem they were having. If the hybrid battery malfunctions, the Check Engine Light will illuminate indicating the computer has stored current trouble codes. Those trouble codes will specifically indicate what the fault is with the vehicle. If the hybrid battery is malfunctioning, it will set a P0A80 code. If this code is not present, there is another issue going on with the vehicle, which is not covered under warranty because a hybrid battery replacement will not fix the issue. The warranty is really straightforward. If there is a malfunction to the hybrid battery we install into your vehicle, we will replace it under warranty for free. Some of the negative reviews you see online are from customers who have not gotten the vehicle diagnosed before we came out to replace the battery, and it didn't fix the issue they were having - which is why we ask the question during the initial conversation. 


We have even shown good faith to these customers by replacing the battery for them under warranty anyways, but they see it does not fix their issues. Some of the negative reviews are of customers asking for their money back after they see there is another issue with the vehicle and those repairs will cost more than what the vehicle is even worth. As you can see, our owner and leadership is really quick and responsive to some of the negative reviews about us. We truly do care about the service we provide. Our warranty team will do anything and everything they can to help resolve the situation for our customers, but there are situations like I previously mentioned that may cause frustration with those customers who left us a negative review. On the other hand, we do have over 2,000 Google Reviews that show otherwise.
