Our warranty covers any malfunction to the hybrid battery we install into your vehicle. You will find in the warranty terms that the first step of the warranty process is to get the vehicle diagnosed. You can take it to an auto parts store like O'Reilly, AutoZone, Advance Auto and they can scan the vehicle for free for those codes. You would just email the report to our Warranty Department, and once we confirm the malfunction is with the battery, we'll just set you back up with another appointment to replace the battery.
